Though this time of year is predominantly our busiest for calving/lambing and kidding, it’s also one of the peak times we address our equine patients for abdominal pain or “colic”. This is an excellent summary on colic and provides answers to a large portion of the questions we get as well as providing some excellent points to think about as a horse owner.
